WEBSITE PRIVACY
Privacy & analytics
We use Google Analytics and advertising measurement to understand website visits and whether ads lead to clicks on our Call, Text and Schedule online links, and supported returns from online booking. There is no automatic consent popup. You can browse our website and contact the office whether measurement is on or off.
When measurement runs
Analytics and advertising measurement can run automatically for visitors whose location is verified as the United States and who have not opted out. They stay off outside the U.S., when the country cannot be verified, and when a browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. If the location check fails, measurement stays off.
The country check is handled by our website provider; it does not send a visitor’s IP address to a separate geolocation service.
Your browser’s choice
You can turn off both Analytics and advertising measurement for this browser below. The preference stays here until you change it or clear your browser storage. Re-enabling measurement does not override the location check or your browser’s privacy signal.
Measurement is off until the location check is complete.
What is measured
When active, Google Analytics receives information such as visited pages, time spent, referrers or campaigns, browser and device information, approximate location, and supported interactions such as scrolling, outbound clicks, downloads, video engagement, site search or form interactions when present. Enhanced measurement is enabled. This is not a session recording tool.
When Analytics is active, we also count clicks on our clinic’s Call, Text and Schedule online links. These counts show that someone opened a phone, messaging or scheduling link; they do not confirm a completed call, a sent text or an appointment. These click events do not include the phone number, message contents, names, treatment details or the wording of the link.
Our Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts are connected for advertising measurement, such as understanding which ads and keywords led to a contact or scheduling action. When measurement is active, the Google tag permits analytics storage, advertising storage and advertising user data for this purpose. Google can use ad-click identifiers in landing-page addresses, first-party cookies and browser storage to associate a later contact-link click with an ad visit. Attribution can be limited by browser settings, opt-outs and other factors.
This does not enable advertising personalization, remarketing, enhanced conversions or uploads of patient contact lists. Our website tag keeps advertising personalization denied and disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals. The location, browser-signal and opt-out controls described above apply to both Analytics and advertising measurement.
We do not intentionally add names, email addresses, personal phone numbers or patient records to Analytics. Google’s standard measurement can still include page addresses and their query strings, page titles and referrers; the generic contact and scheduling event names do not remove that page context. Analytics cookies expire after at most 180 days without extending their expiry on each visit.
Turning measurement off updates the active Google tag’s measurement choices, stops future Analytics collection, and removes this website’s accessible Analytics and advertising-measurement cookies and matching browser-storage entries. It does not erase data already sent to Google or cookies held on Google’s own domains.
For supported online bookings, we use a random, anonymous marker lasting up to 30 minutes to recognize a return from the scheduling provider. It can be used once and is removed before our return page is measured. A separate event counts this provider-reported scheduling return; it is not confirmation of attendance, treatment or eligibility. We do not read or send booking form contents or patient details to Analytics. Browser restrictions may prevent this measurement. Turning measurement off also removes stored booking markers.
